MSE has trained and experienced engineers in the field of technical dispute resolution.  Our independent technical review of conflict cases can often assist with the resolution process.  Working exclusively in the turbo–machinery industry over many years has afforded MSE the experience necessary to gain a thorough understanding of complex technical and commercial issues. Should a complex dispute proceed to litigation to be heard in a court of law, MSE has experienced expert witnesses capable of detailed explanation and evidence during a court hearing.  Our experts are able to break down complex technical issues into more understandable elements, suitable for use in a court of law. MSE’s experience encompasses working with lawyers at the highest level in the London Law Courts.
