Gas Turbine Test Bed Software

The Gas Turbine Test Bed software, developed by MSE, is used to check the internal performance of a gas turbine running in the field against as design performance. The user inputs data such as power, speed and ambient temperature and Test Bed will calculate temperatures, pressure and flows throughout the turbine.

Fouling can be applied to different parts of the turbine in order match to live readings; furthermore, bleed valve leakages may also be applied.

Test Bed will predict the composition of Emissions from the gas turbine, in order to calculate emissions the fuel composition must be known.
