The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has recently launched the Key Programme 4 (KP4 initiative).  MSE compressor experts have a thorough understanding of managing the risks associated with aging equipment operations both onshore and offshore. The assessment of equipment for continued service beyond the original design life requires a measured and auditable approach in order to satisfy the HSE Inspectorate.
