Front End Design: Long Lead Equipment Selection and Technical Support

MSE is frequently requested to support the machinery procurement activities, as we have already carried out a preliminary vendor selection and have a good relationship with all machinery vendors. MSE's services include the following:
Preparation of compressor and gas turbine data sheets
Preparation of project specifications
Help with preparation of vendor list
Issue of compressor and gas turbine ITT (Invitation to Tender)
Answering vendor queries
Supporting the client with the FEED contractor
Independent Bid Evaluation of compressor and turbine bids
Attendance at Vendor Bid Clarification meetings and scope of supply
Drafting the purchase orders




The above work can be performed either on a "Call Off" Consultancy Basis or by selecting MSE to provide Management Consultancy Services.
